Delivery: 

For Europe, the estimated delivery time is 10-14 days. Delivery to the USA typically takes 3-4 weeks. Please note that the shipping time may be extended if the ordered item is not in stock and needs to be produced.

Worldwide delivery is carried out by the courier service Nova Poshta + UPS to the address specified in the order. The cost of the service is 70 USD. Immediately after sending your order, we will send you a letter to the specified email with the parcel tracking number. Custom-made products are non-refundable. 

 Please note that the delivery is carried out from Ukraine in transit to Poland and from there it is sent by UPS. Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. We are not responsible for any local taxes that must be paid in accordance with the laws of the destination country. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these costs.

Payment: 

Orders are accepted only on condition of full prepayment.We cooperate with 2 payment systems that guarantee complete security and anonymity of your bank data: we recommend using Fondy for Visa and Mastercard cards, and 2checkout for American Express, Paypal, JCB, Discover cards. After payment is made, you will receive an email with order confirmation.

Returns: 

 For returns and exchanges, we accept goods of good quality within 14 days of receipt of your order. The following conditions must be met to return and exchange the goods: the goods were not in use, the original appearance of the goods and packaging is preserved. To make a return, please send your request to info@paskalclothes.com. We will refund your account within 30 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods for return. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
