PASKAL is a Ukrainian high fashion and ready-to-wear brand, renowned for its delicate silhouettes with playful notes which are reminiscent of innovative architecture and nature.
At PASKAL, beauty is derived from the garments’ core components and construction; laser cutting is at the nucleus of the brand's DNA. This approach results in a sensitive design with a strong personality.
Finalist of the first LVMH Prize, architecture graduate, Julie Paskal launched her eponymous brand PASKAL in 2013. 2016 was the turning point when Julie’s first and then following collections were featured in the window display at Colette Paris, and PASKAL became a participant of the Paris Fashion Week. Since then, the brand has shown the collections at the Paris and London Fashion Weeks and was presented at the best stockists globally, from the very first season at Luisa Via Roma to Dover Street Market in Ginza, Nordstrom, Browns, Neiman Marcus, and Net-a-porter China.
From then on, the brand has gained its reputation in fashion media as one which embraces femininity through emotional, colorful shapes and upbeat stories revealed in the design.
The introduction of the initial demi-couture collection in 2021 served as a pivotal moment for the unveiling of the new PASKAL line called "PASKAL Bébé" — a kind of retrospective that pays homage to the brand’s iconic silhouettes and techniques. It’s a wearable fantasy, a quintessence of semi-transparent mountains of tulle, artisanal hand-folded bows, and laser cutting.
PASKAL is an independent label, a family affair proud to support local production. Therefore, every garment is made in Ukraine, and it’s one of the main principles of the company's sustainable and socially responsible development.
Across recent years, the brand’s pieces have made their way into the wardrobes of hundreds of PASKAL Girls, including Björk, Rita Ora, Katy Perry, Megan Fox, Paris Hilton, Monica Bellucci, Paloma Faith, and Kerry Washington.
